特色专业课题组自1997年7月成立,历时两年多,到1999年底已完成“九五规划”阶段的科研任备.现将其最后两篇论文在此发表,以示汇报。
Since its establishment in July 1997, the special subject group has completed more than two years and has completed its “scientific research” preparations for the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period by the end of 1999. The final two papers are now published here to show the report.
