住宅厨厕楼面防水通常采用现浇,做二毡三油或油膏隔水层,不仅需要大量人工,而且造价高。若施工稍有马虎,仍然会发生楼面渗水现象。最近,为提高抗渗性能,降低材料消耗和造价,我们采用掺有防水剂的水泥砂浆作隔水层,直接在预制板上抹光,取消了油膏隔水层和细石混凝土面层,造价低(每平米楼地面仅需加防水剂0.33～0.5kg,价格约0.33～0.5元)操作简便,防渗效果好。现简介如下:
The waterproof of residential kitchen and toilet floor is usually cast-in-place, and two felts, three oils or ointments are used for waterproofing, which not only requires a lot of labor, but also has a high cost. If the construction is slightly sloppy, floor leakage will still occur. Recently, in order to improve the impermeability and reduce the material consumption and cost, we used a cement mortar with a water repellent agent as a water-repellent layer and wiped the light directly on the prefabricated board, eliminating the ointment waterproof layer and fine stone concrete surface layer. The cost is low (only 0.33 to 0.5 kg of water-repellent agent per square meter of floor is required, and the price is about 0.33 to 0.5 yuan).
