工读教育在我国有几十年的历史,发展也经历过起伏。随着社会和经济的发展,工读教育正面临着越来越多的挑战。本研究通过对LC中学的调查和多维度少年儿童智力量表(GITC)及社会适应性测验(SSAS)的施测,全面了解了其师资力量、学生智能及社会适应性等各方面数据,以之为例探讨了中国工读教育面临的各种问题,并提出了相应的改进措施,旨在呼吁社会各界给工读教育和失足少年更多的重视和关爱。
Work-study education in our country has several decades of history, development has experienced ups and downs. With the social and economic development, work-study education is facing more and more challenges.
