采用在微波条件下用过氧化氢氧化降解壳聚糖得到可溶性低聚降解壳聚糖,干燥后与γ-缩水甘油醚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)开环接枝生成壳聚糖有机硅复合型表面活性剂。采用红外光谱对产品进行结构的表征。通过测定产物的表面张力、浊点、HLB值及溶解性检测了产物的表面活性。
The degradation of chitosan by oxidative degradation of chitosan under microwave irradiation was carried out to obtain soluble oligodextracting chitosan. After drying, the chitosan was grafted with γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (KH560) Silicon complex type surfactant. The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The surface activity of the product was measured by measuring the surface tension, cloud point, HLB value and solubility of the product.
