矩阵组织结构是非常适合于复杂、动态环境的企业组织形式,现在越来越多地被创新型、大规模企业所青睐。本文首先分析了矩阵管理模式在网游研发企业中的适用性,然后指出在网游研发企业实施矩阵管理时存在双重领导、沟通不畅、绩效体系不完善等问题,最后针对存在的这些问题提出了改进方案。
Matrix organizational structure is very suitable for complex, dynamic environment, business organization, and now more and more innovative, large-scale enterprises of all ages. This paper first analyzes the applicability of the matrix management model in the R & D of online games. Then it points out that there are dual leadership, poor communication and imperfect performance system in the implementation of matrix management for online R & D enterprises. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the existing problems Program.
