本文阐述了GCr15钢冲孔模和压坡模用500W、CO_2激光束淬火的试验研究结果,通过光镜和电镜的显微组织和性能分析,从微观结构上论述了激光热处理提高冷冲模寿命的原因。研究表明,两种模具经激光热处理后提高寿命1.32倍和2~3倍。
In this paper, the experimental results on quenching of GCr15 steel punching die and pressure-ram mold with 500W and CO_2 laser beams are described. The microstructure and properties of the GCr15 steel are studied by microscopy and laser microscopy. the reason. Studies have shown that the two molds after laser heat treatment to improve life expectancy of 1.32 times and 2 to 3 times.
