(1)当“气动绝对压力变送器”(以下简称QBY)在不抽真空时,校验完毕后必须拼紧限位螺钉,但不可拧得过多。校验结束后,拧上几圈限位螺钉,然后拔去真空皮管。这时一般应当使输出压力控制在0.2～1kgf/cm~2中某一个位置即可。如限位螺钉拧得过紧,易使挡板产生永久变形,从而破坏仪表本身所具有的精确度。如果限位螺钉不限位,则容易使测量波纹管的波形产生永久变形,从而引起测量误差超差。
