磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)是目前能在活体上探测水分子扩散的功能影像技术,对超急性期脑梗死的诊断价值已得到充分肯定,并开始大量应用于其他器官疾病的研究。现结合相关文献,综述该技术的基本原理及在盆部肿瘤诊断中的应用。
Magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) is currently a functional imaging technique that can detect water molecules in vivo. The diagnostic value of DWI has been fully affirmed and has been widely used in the study of other organ diseases. Now combined with relevant literature, review the basic principles of the technology and diagnosis of pelvic tumors.
