分别以H_2O(g)和CO_2为气化剂,采用管式炉煤炭气化模拟实验系统和GC-MS研究了不同温度下粒径为5~10mm内蒙褐煤、鹤壁烟煤和晋城无烟煤煤气洗涤水中有机物的组成,探讨了气化温度、气化剂和煤种对煤气洗涤水中有机污染物组分的影响.结果表明:在900~1 000℃范围内,随着气化温度的升高,煤气洗涤水中酚类物质含量增大,多环芳香烃、脂肪烃和含氧非酚类化合物含量明显减少;在气化温度为1 000℃条件下,褐煤H_2O(g)气化煤气洗涤水中有机物种类多于CO_2气化(分别为163和143种),且酚类物质含量明显高于褐煤CO_2气化,但脂肪烃、含氧非酚类化合物、杂环化合物含量低于CO_2气化;褐煤、烟煤和无烟煤煤气洗涤水中的有机污染物最多达191,108和113种,3种煤在1 000℃及H_2O(g)气化条件下,酚类有机物含量大小依次为:内蒙褐煤>鹤壁烟煤>晋城无烟煤,单环芳香烃含量大小依次为:晋城无烟煤>鹤壁烟煤>内蒙褐煤.

Under the condition of gasification temperature of 1000 ℃, there were many kinds of organic substances in the washing gas of coal gasification of H 2 O (g) (163 and 143 species, respectively), and the content of phenols was significantly higher than that of lignite CO_2 gasification, but the content of aliphatic hydrocarbons, oxygenated non-phenolic compounds and heterocyclic compounds was lower than that of CO_2 gasification; lignite, bituminous coal And anthracite coal gas washing water up to 191,108 and 113 kinds of organic pollutants, three kinds of coal at 1 000 ℃ and H_2O (g) gasification conditions, followed by phenolic organic matter content: Inner Mongolia lignite> Hebi bituminous coal> Jincheng anthracite, The content of monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is as follows: Jincheng Bituminous coal> Hebi bituminous> Inner Mongolia lignite.
