探讨细菌防护液 (BPL)与受 6 0 Coγ射线照射小鼠骨髓细胞生物学效应的关系。应用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测细胞的凋亡指数和免疫参数 (CD4+ 、CD8+ 、NK)。结果显示 BPL能够降低细胞凋亡率 ,同时提高细胞的增殖率 (P<0 .0 1)。其作用机制可能与提高 NK细胞活性和 CD4+ 、CD8+ 数量有关。进一步证实 ,BPL对辐射损伤细胞有一定的保护作用。
To investigate the relationship between bacterial protective solution (BPL) and biological effects of bone marrow cells exposed to 60 Co γ-rays in mice. Cell apoptosis index and immune parameters (CD4 +, CD8 +, NK) were detected by flow cytometry (FCM). The results showed that BPL can reduce the apoptosis rate and increase the proliferation rate of cells (P <0.01). Its mechanism may be related to increasing NK cell activity and CD4 +, CD8 +. Further confirmed that, BPL on radiation damaged cells have a protective effect.
