以AZ91-Ca合金为研究对象,采用光学显微镜(OM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和带能谱分析(EDX)的扫描电镜(SEM)等分析手段,研究了挤压铸造过程中压力变化对AZ91-1Ca合金显微组织和力学性能的影响规律,分析了压力对挤压铸造过程中合金晶粒细化与铸造缺陷抑制的作用机制。
Using AZ91-Ca alloy as the research object, the analytical tools such as OM, DSC, XRD and SEM (scanning electron microscopy) The effect of pressure on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91-1Ca alloy during squeeze casting process was studied. The mechanism of the effect of pressure on the grain refinement and casting defects during squeeze casting was analyzed.
