胰腺癌是人类常见的恶性肿瘤,早期诊断比较困难,预后不良,迫切需要建立胰腺癌动物模型以研究其生物学特性。1983年云南省肿瘤研究所梁明达、胡美英医师等,发现了一例小鼠胰腺自发瘤,经两年连续同种皮下移植,至1985年6月已传至62代,生长稳定,液氮冻存复苏良好,建立了我国第一株小鼠可移植性胰腺腺泡细胞癌株,命名为MPC-83。 (一) 瘤源及接种方法
Pancreatic cancer is a common human malignant tumor. Early diagnosis is difficult and the prognosis is poor. It is urgent to establish an animal model of pancreatic cancer to study its biological characteristics. In 1983, Liang Mingda and Hu Meiying, MD of the Yunnan Provincial Cancer Institute, discovered a case of spontaneous pancreatic tumor in mice. After two consecutive serial subcutaneous transplantations, they were passed to 62 generations in June 1985. The growth was stable, and liquid nitrogen was frozen. The first mouse transplantable pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma strain was established in China, and was named MPC-83. (A) Tumor source and inoculation method
