[目的]探讨生晒参超微饮片对脾虚小鼠小肠推动的影响及其作用机制。[方法]选用雄性昆明种小鼠,随机分为正常(A)组、模型(B)组、生晒参传统饮片(C)组、生晒参超微饮片全剂量(D)组及生晒参超微饮片1/2剂量(E)组,采用利血平法制备脾虚动物模型,分别给予0.85%氯化钠、生晒参传统饮片及生晒参超微饮片,观察各组体重变化及对脾虚小鼠小肠推动率的影响,运用RT-PCR方法观察用药后各组钙调蛋白(CAM)mRNA表达水平。[结果]造模小鼠均出现小肠推动率加快,各治疗组均不同程度改善脾虚小鼠小肠运动功能。其中C、D、E组与B组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);C、D、E组之间差异均无统计学意义。A组小鼠小肠有一定水平的CAM表达,造模后CAM mRNA表达增高;C、D、E组CAM mRNA表达下降,其中C、D组与B组比较以及C、D组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]生晒参超微饮片通过影响CAM mRNA表达水平,调节脾虚小鼠小肠运动,对小肠功能紊乱有调节作用;且对CAM mRNA表达水平的调节作用优于生晒参传统饮片。
[Objective] To explore the effect of Shengai Shenshen micro-decoction on small intestine promotion in spleen deficiency mice and its mechanism of action. [Methods] Male Kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into normal (A) group, model (B) group, raw sun-dried traditional decoction pieces (C) group, and sun-dried ginseng ultra-microdermabrasion whole-dose (D) group and sun-dried In the 1/2 dose (E) group of the Superfine Pieces, the spleen-deficient animal model was prepared by reserpine, and 0.85% sodium chloride, traditional sun-dried ginseng pieces, and sun-dried ginseng superfine pieces were respectively given to observe the changes of body weight in each group. To investigate the effect of small intestine propelling rate in mice with spleen deficiency, RT-PCR was used to observe the expression of calmodulin (CAM) mRNA in each group. [Results] All the mice in the model group had an accelerated rate of small bowel movement. All treatment groups improved the small intestine motor function of spleen deficiency mice to varying degrees. The difference between C, D and E groups and B group was statistically significant (P<0.05); there was no significant difference between C, D, E groups. A group of mouse small intestine has a certain level of CAM expression, expression of CAM mRNA increased after modeling; C, D, E group CAM mRNA expression decreased, including C, D group and B group and C, D group comparison differences Statistical significance (P<0.05). [Conclusion] S. radix ginseng Superfine Pieces can regulate the small intestine movement of spleen deficiency mice by regulating the expression level of CAM mRNA and regulate the function of small intestine dysfunction. The regulation effect on the expression level of CAM mRNA is better than that of traditional ginseng.
