单胚苗种子经离子(30KV,50次)注入后,发芽率和成苗率与CK相比均降低,根、芽的生长也较CK为慢;但没有~(60)Co—γ射线(照射量40KR)辐照的表现严重。经离子注入的两个品种的干种子的生物超弱发光值均高于CK。双胚苗品系种子经离子注入后,发芽率和根、芽的生长与单胚苗表现趋势一致;虽然其双苗率有所下降,但却增加了独立双苗(2个芽鞘、2个芽、2条根)类型的比率。
The seed germination rate and seedling emergence rate of single seed embryo seedlings were all lower than those of CK after 30KV, 50th seedlings injection.
