目的 探讨螺旋CT三维重建在颌面区骨折的实用方法和技巧。方法 对 30例颌面区骨折病人行螺旋CT轴位容积扫描 ,X线准直宽度 1.0~ 2 .0mm ,重建间隔 0 .5~ 1.0mm ,螺距比 1.2 5~ 1.5 0。数据传入工作站 ,用表面遮盖显示法 (surfaceshadeddis play ,SSD)和多平面重建成像 (multiplanereconstructions ,MPR)及容积成像 (volumetricredering ,VR)进行处理。结果 全部病例经SSD、VR和MPR重建处理后 ,能够全面、立体、直观显示骨折线及其移位。结论 高质量的三维重建图像依赖于高质量的原始资料的扫描和多种成像方法的配合
Objective To explore the practical methods and techniques of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in maxillofacial region fractures. Methods Thirty patients with maxillofacial fracture underwent spiral CT axial volume scanning. The X-ray collimation width was 1.0-2.0 mm, reconstruction interval was 0.5-5.0 mm, and pitch ratio was 1.2 5-1.5 0. Data is transmitted to the workstation and processed using surfacehadeddisplay (SSD) and multiplanereconstructions (MPR) and volumetricredering (VR). Results After all the cases were reconstructed by SSD, VR and MPR, the fracture line and its displacement could be displayed comprehensively, stereoscopically and directly. Conclusion High-quality 3D reconstruction images rely on the cooperation of high-quality scanning of raw materials and multiple imaging methods
