目的:研究刺蒺藜果实中的呋喃皂苷。方法:以硅胶柱层析,反相硅胶柱层析及制备液相分离化合物,根据理化性质,波谱数据及化学反应鉴定结构。结果:分离得到两个皂苷,分别为3-O-{β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→3)-[β-D-xy-lopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-D-galactopyranosy}-26-O-β-D-glucopyrano-syl-5α-furost-12-one-22-methoxyl-3β,26-diol(terrestroside A)和3-O-{β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→3)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-D-galactopyranosy}-26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-5a-furost-22-me-thoxyl-3β, 26-diol.结论:Terrestroside A为新化合物。
