B3基因家族是植物所特有的,在植物中广泛存在的大转录因子家族.B3家族含有B3-DNA结合结构域,通过结合特异性DNA序列而在植物生长发育中起重要调控作用.晶体结构分析显示B3-DNA结构域和EcoRⅡ (EcoRⅡ-N)以及BfiI限制性酶切位点(BfiI-C)具有相同的蛋白质折叠特性.根据结构特征和功能可将B3家族分为5个亚家族rARE家族、ABI3家族、HIS家族、RAV和REM亚家族,这些基因家族在调控植物的生长发育、器官形态建成、花芽分化以及应答多种逆境胁迫中发挥重要作用.本研究综述了B3基因家族的结构特征和5个亚家族的主要功能作用,为深入研究该基因家族提供一定参考.“,”The B3 domain transcription factors are specific to plants and widespread among almost all plants.The B3 DNA binding domain includes five families:auxin response factor (ARF),abscisic acid-insensitive3 (ABI3),high level expression of sugar inducible (HSI),related to ABI3/VP1 (RAV) and reproductive meristem (REM).The B3 transcription factor families contain the B3 domain which is involved in DNA binding.The B3 transcription factors has diverse functions in plant growth and development.Our results review the function and structure of plant B3 family and provide a framework for future studies into the function of B3 domain transcription factors in plants.
