在酸性溶液中 ,高锰酸钾能氧化L_色氨酸产生化学发光反应 ,甲醛的存在可使化学发光强度增强 .据此 ,采用流动注射技术 ,建立了一种测定L_色氨酸的化学发光分析法 .方法的检出限为 3 5* 10 - 8g/mL ,相对标准偏差为 1 8%(1 0* 10 - 6 g/mLL_色氨酸 ,n =11) ,线性范围为 1 0* 10 - 7~ 6 0* 10 - 6 g/mL“,”A new chemiluminescence method for the determination of L_tryptophan with flow injection technique was developed. The method is based on the chemiluminescence reaction between KMnO 4 and L_tryptophan, formaldehyde can increase the chemiluminescent intensity. The detection limit is 3.5×10 -8 g/mL.The relative standard deviation is 1.8%(1.0×10 -6 g/mL L_tryptophan, n =11). The linear range is 1.0×10 -7 ~6.0×10 -6 g/mL.
