非水电位滴定法测定柴油中酚和羧酸是一种方便快速的方法,特别适合于深色柴油的酸值和酚羟基的测定,并可以对酸和酚进行差示滴定。对纯物质的分析表明,酚和酸的回收率达到了分析的要求,对柴油的分析表明,与标准的KOH- 乙醇测定的酸值相当,同时可以测定柴油中的酚羟基值。本文探讨了各种分析条件对测定的影响及注意的事项,提出了最佳的分析条件。
Non-aqueous potentiometric titration of phenol and carboxylic acids in diesel oil is a convenient and rapid method, which is especially suitable for the determination of acid value and phenolic hydroxyl group in dark diesel oil. It can perform differential titration of acids and phenols. The analysis of pure substances showed that the recovery of phenol and acid reached the analysis requirement. The analysis of diesel showed that the value of phenolic hydroxyl value in diesel oil was comparable with that of standard KOH-ethanol determination. This article explores the impact of various analytical conditions on the determination and considerations, puts forward the best analysis conditions.
