目的调查住院糖尿病足患者的心理情况,了解其抑郁情况发生率,以便及时实施护理心理干预。方法对120名糖尿病足患者应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行调查,并对HAMD量表评分7类因子分值进行细化分析,以了解患者的精神负性因素分布特点。结果 120名糖尿病足患者中存在HAMD量化评分≥8分者占44.16%,其中除体重和日夜变化外,其余5类因子细化评分明显高于无抑郁情况的糖尿病足患者(P<0.01)。结论住院糖尿病足患者中抑郁情况的发生率较高,抑郁率达44.16%,其表现在诸多方面。临床工作中责任护士应加强监护,及时发现糖尿病足患者的不良情绪,并实施有效的护理干预,确保患者生命安全和生活质量改善。
Objective To investigate the psychological condition of patients with diabetic foot in hospital and to understand the incidence of depression in order to timely implement nursing psychological intervention. Methods A total of 120 diabetic foot patients with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) were surveyed, and the HAMD scale score 7 factor scores were analyzed in detail to understand the distribution of patients with mental negative factors. Results There were 44.16% of 120 diabetic foot patients with HAMD quantification score ≥8, except for body weight and day and night, the other five kinds of factors were significantly lower than those without diabetic foot patients (P <0.01). Conclusion The incidence of depression in hospitalized patients with diabetic foot is higher, the rate of depression is 44.16%, which is manifested in many aspects. Responsible nurses in clinical work should be strengthened guardianship, timely detection of adverse emotions in patients with diabetic foot, and the implementation of effective nursing intervention to ensure the patient’s life safety and quality of life improved.
