目的建立高效液相色谱测定黄藤果实中血竭素含量的方法,比较分析不同部位黄藤果实中血竭素的含量。方法HPLC法测定黄藤果实中血竭素的含量(Waters Atlantis d C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(50∶50),流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为440nm。结果血竭素高氯酸盐在0.009~0.090mg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为101.20%,RSD=1.93%;5个不同产地黄藤果实中的血竭素含量为0.186~0.796 mg·g-1,果皮中血竭素含量在0.861~3.811mg/g,果肉未检出血竭素。结论黄藤果实中所含血竭素主要来自果皮部位,开发应用前景广阔。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of dracorhodin in cabernet sauvignon fruit and compare the content of dracorhodin in different regions of cotyledon fruit. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of dracorhinin (HPLC) on Waters Atlantis d C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (50:50) And the detection wavelength was 440 nm.RESULTS Dracorhodin perchlorate had a good linearity (r = 0.9998) in the range of 0.009-0.090 mg · ml-1 with an average recovery of 101.20% and RSD = 1.93%, respectively.The content of Dracorhtherin of Fructus Cantoniensis in five different habitats was 0.186-0.796 mg · g-1, the content of Dracorhtherin in the pericarp was 0.861-3.811 mg / g, Dracorhinoids contained in the fruit mainly from the peel site, the development and application of a broad prospect.
