目的观察湿性愈合治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的临床效果。方法选择本院骶尾部Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮患者50例，运用湿性愈合理论指导，选择合适的新型敷料及湿性愈合方法治疗。结果50例骶尾部Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮患者伤口均痊愈。结论湿性愈合方法与新型敷料在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮中的应用，能提高压疮的治愈率，达到治疗的理想效果，减轻患者家庭和社会的精神压力和经济负担，值得普及和推行。“,”Objective To observe the application of moist healing concept in treatment of patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ pressure sores. Methods Total y 50 patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ sacral rear pressure sores were recruited in this study , applied to wet healing theoretical guidance, treated with the appropriate new dressing therapy Wet healing method. Results 50 cases with stage Ⅲ, Ⅳpressure ulcers were recovered. Conclusion The application of moist healing concept in treatment of patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ pressure sores can improve the cure rate, achieve the desired therapeutic ef ect, reduce the economic burden and mental pressure of patients. It is worth popularizing and promoting.
