我国的人才教育一直都是各项教学的最终目的,而在全国各地的教育中,不仅是以一级、二级的大城市重视人才的培养,地方的人才培养更加重要。这是因为地方是支撑中央发展的基础,在各项发展上也不应该忽视地方的发展。在继续教育人才培养模式这一方面,地方的培养力度就远远不及重要城市,这就造成了我国人才培养量的偏差。因此,笔者决定从地方财经院校继续教育人才培养模式变革的因素作出一定的分析,方便改革者更能清楚地方人才培养的优缺点,以便更好进步。
Talent education in our country has always been the ultimate goal of various teaching. In education all over the country, it is not only important to cultivate talented people in primary and secondary cities, but also to train local talents. This is because localities are the basis for supporting the development of the Central Government and they should not neglect the development of localities in any development. In the aspect of continuous education of personnel training mode, the efforts of local training are far less than those of major cities, which has caused the deviation of the cultivation of talents in our country. Therefore, the author decides to make some analysis from the factors of the reform of personnel training mode of continuing education in local financial institutions so as to make it easier for reformers to better understand the advantages and disadvantages of personnel training in local areas in order to make better progress.
