本文对高速动力车车体１Ｃｒ１８Ｎｉ９Ｔｉ不锈钢蒙皮焊接接头进行了耐晶间腐蚀研究，认为采用Ｈ１Ｃｒ１８Ｎｉ９Ｔｉ、Ｈ０Ｃｒ１９Ｎｉ１２Ｍｏ２焊丝ＭＩＧ、ＴＩＧ焊均能有较好的耐腐蚀性能，但焊后热矫形对耐腐蚀性十分不利。
In this paper, the 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel skin welded joints of high-speed electric vehicle were studied for intergranular corrosion resistance. It is concluded that both HIGR18Ni9Ti and H0Cr19Ni12Mo2 MIG and TIG welding have better corrosion resistance, Very unfavorable.
