在多年的美术教学中发现,低年级的学生具有较强烈的绘画个性,在美术活动中,能较大程度地调节学生的行为,学生根据他们的爱好、兴趣和能力,以特有的方式进行创作,受外部条件的影响不大。而到了中高年级,学生的绘画个性则逐渐衰弱,创造性思维受到了一定的限制。针对这种现状,作为美术教师要积极寻找原因,探讨教学方法,努力开发学生的美术个性,促进学生创造性思维和素质的全面提高。
