本实验用刀豆蛋白A(ConA)-辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记法研究了对照组和大蒜乳剂处理组小白鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞膜表面ConA受体的分布及其与(ConA-HRP复合物结合的能力。电镜观察到对照组艾氏腹水癌细胞膜表面呈密集而均匀的ConA-HRP标记,经大蒜乳剂处理的癌细胞膜表面微绒毛末端膨大或者脱落,几乎全部癌细胞膜表面无ConA-HRP标记或标记不完整,这可能是大蒜乳剂对癌细胞膜表面直接作用的结果。
