本文研究了高碳 W12Mo6V3Cr2合金系统的高温(常温)耐磨2~#堆焊合金焊条。其堆焊合金组织为隐晶马氏体+残余奥氏体+骨架状共晶碳化物+颗粒状共晶碳化物。具有较高的高温硬度和高温耐磨性。堆焊前工件不需预热,焊后不需缓冷,首次成功地运用于水冷式单辊破碎机的高温耐磨堆焊。并已推广到冶金、机械、矿山、电力等部门高温和常温耐磨的场合。
This paper studies the high temperature (room temperature) wear resistant 2 # surfacing alloy electrode of high carbon W12Mo6V3Cr2 alloy system. The surfacing alloy structure is cryptocrystalline martensite + retained austenite + skeleton eutectic carbide + granular eutectic carbide. High temperature and high temperature wear resistance. Pre-welding the workpiece without preheating, without slow cooling after welding, the first successful use of water-cooled single-roll crusher high temperature wear resistant surfacing. And has been extended to metallurgy, machinery, mining, electricity and other departments at high temperature and wear-resistant room temperature occasions.
