以冷轧机系统的垂振为研究对象,结合近年来冷轧机垂振问题的研究成果,从乳化液性能参数的角度探讨了抑制垂振的方法。研究了乳化液p H值、铁粉含量、皂化值的参数和性能对摩擦系数的影响。结果表明:适当增加辊缝间的摩擦系数有利于抑制冷轧机垂振;在乳化液p H值4.0~5.0、铁粉含量600~1000mg/L和皂化值(120~160)×10-3KOH条件下,可以适当增加乳化液摩擦系数。
Taking the vertical vibration of the cold rolling mill system as the research object and combining with the research results of the vertical vibration of the cold rolling mill in recent years, the method of suppressing the vertical vibration is discussed from the perspective of emulsion performance parameters. The effects of p H value, iron content and saponification value on the friction coefficient were studied. The results show that increasing the friction coefficient between the roll gap is beneficial to suppress the vertical vibration of the cold rolling mill. When the pH value of the emulsion is 4.0-5.0, the content of the iron powder is 600-1000 mg / L and the saponification value is 120-160 × 10-3 KOH Under the condition, the friction coefficient of emulsion can be increased appropriately.
