流域上游干支流水库及水电站对下游水库入库洪水的影响,是防洪设计中亟待解决的问题。本文分析了国内外处理此类问题的方法,对地区组成法、概率组合法、随机模拟法进行了较全面系统的研究,并有所创新地运用于长江上游干支流水库群对三峡水库入库洪水的影响分析,使三峡工程入库洪水计算达到了一个新的水平。通过实例证明了本文所采用方法比较科学和先进。
The influence of upstream and downstream tributary reservoirs and hydropower stations on floodwater storage in downstream reservoirs is an urgent problem to be solved in flood control design. This paper analyzes the domestic and international methods to deal with such problems, and makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the regional composition method, the probability combination method and the stochastic simulation method, and applies it to the reservoir storage of the Three Gorges Reservoir Flood impact analysis, so that the Three Gorges Reservoir flood calculation has reached a new level. The example proves that the method adopted in this paper is more scientific and advanced.
