本文介绍用8位通用微型计算机组成的可编程序控制器、它的硬件构成及其软件支持、SLEL顺控逻辑语言、监控程序等。该控制器使用软件定时,有较强的中断输入功能。对应用8位处理器构成中容量以上可编程序控制器的方法做了一些探讨。该机实际逻辑处理能力可达5~6μs/逻辑变量。整机控制容量可达1024开关输入输出量以上,并具有故障检查、自检和数据处理能力。系统采用总线结构,积木式组合,可适用于不同规模对象,也同样适合于其他类型的过程控制系统。该装置已成功地用于攀钢高炉装料程序控制系统中。
This article describes a programmable microcomputer controller composed of eight general-purpose microcomputer, its hardware and software support, SLEL sequence logic logic, monitoring procedures. The controller uses software timing, a strong interrupt input. On the application of 8-bit processor in the capacity of more than programmable controller method to do some discussion. The whole control capacity of up to 1024 switch input and output above, and has troubleshooting, self-test and data processing capabilities. System uses the bus structure, building blocks combination can be applied to different sizes of objects, also suitable for other types of process control systems. The device has been successfully used in Panzhihua blast furnace loading process control system.
