随着我国社会经济的快速发展,企业数量、规模不断扩大,相应进行的经济活动也变得更加复杂,在风险大的市场环境下,投资者、金融机构等利益相关者不仅需要企业披露财务信息,还需要它们提供大量的非财务信息。本文探讨了我国企业披露非财务信息的过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了解决策略,希望能够帮助我国企业尽快完善非财务信息披露问题。
With the rapid socio-economic development of our country, the number and size of enterprises continue to expand, and the corresponding economic activities have also become more complicated. In a market environment of high risk, stakeholders such as investors and financial institutions not only need enterprises to disclose financial information , They also need to provide a lot of non-financial information. This article explores the problems existing in the process of the disclosure of non-financial information in our country, and puts forward the solutions to these problems in the hope of helping our country’s enterprises to improve the non-financial information disclosure as soon as possible.
