目的:探讨Survivin及Ki67与胰腺内分泌肿瘤(PETs)临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法:免疫组化检测25例正常胰腺组织和81例PETs组织芯片中Survivin、Ki67的表达情况,并分析其与预后的关系。结果:1PETs中Survivin、Ki67表达显著高于正常胰腺组织(P<0.01);2Survivin及Ki67在PETs中的表达均与病理分级和TNM临床分期有关(P<0.05),与肿瘤大小、发生部位及功能分类无相关性。另外,胞核Survivin阳性表达与淋巴结转移具有相关性(P<0.05);3Ki67高增殖指数与胞核Survivin阳性表达显著相关,与胞浆Survivin相关性无统计学意义。结论:Survivin和Ki67在PETs中均有表达,并且与PETs的临床病理特征关系密切,可作为评判PETs预后的新型指标。其中,胞核Survivin的阳性表达较胞浆阳性表达更具有诊断意义,其与淋巴结转移显著相关,是提示PETs预后不良的重要依据。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between Survivin, Ki67 and the clinicopathological features and prognosis of pancreatic endocrine tumors (PETs). Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Survivin and Ki67 in 25 cases of normal pancreatic tissue and 81 cases of PETs. The relationship between prognosis and prognosis was analyzed. Results: The expression of Survivin and Ki67 in 1 PETs was significantly higher than that in normal pancreatic tissues (P <0.01). The expressions of 2Survivin and Ki67 in PETs were correlated with the pathological grade and TNM clinical stage (P <0.05) No classification of functional relevance. In addition, the positive expression of Survivin in nucleus was correlated with the lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The high proliferation index of 3Ki67 was significantly correlated with the positive expression of Survivin in nuclei and no significant correlation with the expression of Survivin in cytoplasm. Conclusion: Both Survivin and Ki67 are expressed in PETs and closely related with the clinicopathological features of PETs, which may be used as a new index to evaluate the prognosis of PETs. Among them, the positive expression of Survivin in nucleus is more diagnostic than that of cytoplasm, which is significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, which is an important basis to show the poor prognosis of PETs.
