研究结果表明:种植方式对铃重、纤维伸长和纤维素累积影响作用大,表现为3∶2式优于3∶1式。种植方式对棉籽(仁)脂肪和蛋白质累积、棉仁棕榈酸、硬酯酸和油酸含量影响作用较小,对棉仁亚油酸含量作用表现为3∶2式优于3∶1式;棉仁多数氨基酸含量及氨基酸总量差异明显表现为3∶2式大于3∶1式。种植方式对中熟直播棉棉铃发育的影响作用小于播期作用。
The results showed that planting mode had a great effect on boll weight, fiber elongation and cellulose accumulation, which was better than 3: 1 in the ratio of 3: 2. The planting mode had little effect on the accumulation of fat and protein in cottonseed (kernel), palmitic acid, stearic acid and oleic acid in cottonseed kernel, and the effect on linoleic acid content in cottonseed kernel was better than 3: 1by 3: 2; The majority of amino acids and total amino acids in cotton showed the difference of 3: 2 and 3: 1. The effect of planting methods on cotton boll development of medium-maturity cotton was less than that of sowing cotton.
