目的 :改良口服补液盐 (ORS) ,使其具有微生态调节作用、并与肠道内渗透压相似。方法 :将氯化钠 2 .6g、氯化钾 1 .5g、枸橼酸钠 2 .9g、低聚果糖 (FOS) 2 0g和葡萄糖 1 0g等混合后制成低聚果糖口服补液盐 (FOS ORS)。密封包装。使用时加开水 1 0 0 0ml冲服。可采用高效液相色谱法测定FOS的含量。结果 :FOS ORS为白色散剂 ,加水后为无色透明液体 ,味甜中微咸。其浓度 (mmol/L)为钠 75、钾 2 0、氯化物 65、枸橼酸 1 0、FOS 35、葡萄糖 55,总渗透压2 60mmol/L。结论 :FOS ORS能补充低渗的水和电解质 ,并补充双岐因子 ,具有防治菌群失调所致腹泻脱水的作用 ,尤适用于小儿患者 ,可与任何抗生素或其它益生素等同服。
OBJECTIVE: To improve oral rehydration salts (ORS) so that it has micro-ecological regulation and is similar to intestinal osmotic pressure. CONCLUSIONS: FOS ORS supplements hypotonic water and electrolytes and complements bifidus factors, and has the effect of preventing and treating diarrhea and dehydration caused by dysbacteriosis. It is especially suitable for pediatric patients and may be equivalent to any antibiotic or other probiotics.
