This paper identifies the role of afforestation in alluvium accumulation and redistribution and their alteration in nature, and proposes ways to improve the efficiency of forest accumulation and establishment of forest systems in gully and canyons. The main concern in the catchment protection is erosion, and the accumulation of soil material is considered to be small. The role of accumulation in the unity process of erosion-accumulation. There is a contradictory view in the scientific literature. For example, according to Skollomhoff, accumulation is the most powerful natural element and its strengthening in ravines and canyons fundamentally alters the erosion of the entire catchment. Other researchers disagree with this observation, arguing that the accumulation of mechanical effects can only partially accumulate alluvial layers at the bottom of gully and canyons for later reforestation and grass-planting.
