目的:阐述红耳综合征的疾病特征。方法:报告1例红耳综合征,结合文献详细叙述疾病特点。结果:年轻女性以“左侧头痛4年,左耳灼烧样痛2年”就诊。既往有偏头痛史4年,全身体检以及头颅MRI等辅助检查未见明显异常。结论:红耳综合征是一组以单侧或双侧耳部颜色变红,皮温升高,伴有灼烧样痛不适感觉的症候群。 Objective: To elucidate the disease characteristics of red-ear syndrome. Methods: One case of red-ear syndrome was reported, and the characteristics of the disease were described in detail in the literature. Results: Young women were treated with “left headache for 4 years and left ear burning for 2 years ”. Past history of migraine 4 years, physical examination and cranial MRI and other auxiliary examination showed no significant abnormalities. CONCLUSIONS: The red-ear syndrome is a group of syndromes in which the color of one or both ears becomes reddish, the dermal temperature rises, and the sensation of burning pain and discomfort is felt.
