目的:探讨白藜芦醇对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小胶质细胞激活时所分泌的一氧化氮(NO)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNFα-)的影响。方法:采用LPS诱导的小胶质细胞活化模型,用ELISA法测定细胞外液中的炎症介质NO和TNFα-的含量。结果:LPS能高度激活小胶质细胞并且能使NO和TNFα-分泌增加,白藜芦醇明显抑制NO和TNFα-的含量。结论:白藜芦醇有抑制炎症介质NO和TNFα-的分泌作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of resveratrol on the secretion of nitric oxide (NO) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNFα-) in the activation of microglial cells induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Methods: LPS-induced microglial activation model was used to determine the levels of NO and TNFα- in inflammatory mediators in the extracellular fluid by ELISA. RESULTS: LPS could highly activate microglia and increase NO and TNFα-secretion. Resveratrol significantly inhibited NO and TNFα-content. Conclusion: Resveratrol can inhibit the secretion of NO and TNFα-inflammation mediators.
