应用抗卵巢癌人源性单克隆抗体(McAb)AT4对人卵巢肿瘤进行免疫组织化学分析,以观察AT4识别的肿瘤相关抗原在人卵巢癌组织中表达的发生率和意义。所用材料为福尔马林固定和石蜡包埋的活检标本。切片经过氧化物酶抗过氧化物酶(PAP)染色。结果发现:原发性卵巢癌的McAbAT4免疫组织化学染色的阳性率为5/6,转移性卵巢癌为3/6,良性卵巢肿瘤为3/21。本研究结果表明,人源性McAbAT4识别的肿瘤相关抗原CAT4是卵巢癌的免疫组化标记
Immunohistochemical analysis of human ovarian tumors using anti-ovarian cancer human monoclonal antibody (McAb) AT4 was performed to observe the incidence and significance of AT4-recognized tumor-associated antigen expression in human ovarian cancer tissues. The materials used were formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded biopsy specimens. The sections were stained with a oxidase-resistant peroxidase (PAP). The results showed that the positive rate of McAbAT4 immunohistochemical staining for primary ovarian cancer was 5/6, 3/6 for metastatic ovarian cancer, and 3/21 for benign ovarian tumor. The results of this study indicate that the human-derived McAbAT4 recognizes the tumor-associated antigen CAT4 as an immunohistochemical marker for ovarian cancer.
