目的研究新型伤湿止痛贴膏剂(热熔压敏胶基质)体外透皮速率和释放规律。方法采用HPLC法测定透皮接收液和释放液中指标成分马钱子碱、士的宁和硫酸阿托品的量,计算其体外透皮速率和释放速率。结果马钱子碱、士的宁和硫酸阿托品在体外透皮试验中,分别以7.44%.h?1/2、10.53%.h?1/2、4.73%.h?1/2的速率恒速渗透;体外释药速率分别为10.35%.h?1/2、18.13%.h?1/2、4.88%.h?1/2,其释放过程符合Higuchi方程。结论以热熔压敏胶为基质的新型伤湿止痛贴膏剂为骨架控释型释药系统。
Objective To study the in vitro dermal penetration rate and release pattern of a new type of dampness analgesic patch (hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive matrix). Methods The contents of strychnine, strychnine and atropine sulfate in the transdermal receiving solution and the releasing solution were determined by HPLC, and the in vitro transdermal rate and release rate were calculated. Results The contents of brucine, strychnine and atropine sulfate were determined by in vitro transdermal test at rates of 7.44% .h 1/2, 10.53%, 1.24%, 2.37% The rate of drug release in vitro was 10.35%, h 1/2, 18.13%, h 1/2, 2.88%, h 1/2, respectively. The release rates were in accordance with the Higuchi equation. Conclusion The new hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive as the matrix injury analgesic painkiller paste matrix controlled release drug delivery system.
