锇酸(O_sO_4)是一种非电解质强氧化剂。它与氮原子有较强的亲和力,能与各种氨基酸、肽及蛋白质反应,在蛋白质分子间形成交联,使蛋白质分子固定;还能与不饱和脂肪酸反应,通过形成锇酸二酯键,使脂肪得以固定。锇酸作为生物样品的固定剂有强烈的电子染色作用,由它固定的样品图像有较好的反差,因此是电镜技术中使用很广泛的优良固定剂。但是,目前我国主要靠进口, Niobic acid (O_sO_4) is a non-electrolyte strong oxidant. It has a strong affinity with nitrogen atoms, can react with various amino acids, peptides and proteins, forms cross-links between protein molecules, and immobilizes protein molecules; it also reacts with unsaturated fatty acids and forms phthalic acid diester bonds. Make fat fixed. Citric acid has a strong electron-staining effect as a fixative for biological samples, and the image of the sample fixed by it has a good contrast. Therefore, it is an excellent fixative used widely in electron microscopy. However, at present, our country mainly relies on imports.
