目的 :研究水杉总黄酮对肾性高血压大鼠左室肥厚的预防作用。方法 :二肾一夹法建立大鼠肾性高血压心肌肥厚模型 ,术后第 4周 ,不同剂量的水杉总黄酮 ig给药 ,持续 5周。结果 :水杉总黄酮 (4 0 0 ,40 mg/ kg.d)能显著降低 HW/ BW、L VW/ BW、心肌纤维直径、左心室肌 Ca2 +含量 ,对大鼠收缩压无显著性影响。结论 :水杉总黄酮对肾性高血压大鼠左室肥厚有预防作用 ,机制可能与钙拮抗作用有关。
Objective : To study the preventive effect of total flavonoids of Metasequoia on renal hypertensive rats. METHODS : Two-kidney and one-clip method was used to establish a rat model of myocardial hypertrophy with renal hypertension. Four weeks after the operation, different dosages of total flavonoids of metasequora were administered for 5 weeks. Results: Total flavonoids (40, 40 mg/kg.d) significantly decreased the HW/BW, L VW/BW, myocardial fiber diameter, and left ventricular muscle Ca2 + content, but had no significant effect on systolic blood pressure. Conclusion: Total flavonoids of Metasequoia glyptostroboides have a preventive effect on left ventricular hypertrophy in renal hypertensive rats, and the mechanism may be related to calcium antagonism.
