对中药糙苏中的多糖进行提取,利用苯酚硫酸法测定糙苏中多糖的含量,设计正交实验探讨糙苏多糖提取的最佳条件,对中药糙苏粉末在Soxhelt提取器里以乙醚回流提取之后,用质量分数为2%的碳酸钠溶液作为介质,在90℃时浸提30 min,可使糙苏中多糖的提取率达到极大值。利用纸色谱法分析糙苏多糖的单糖组成,结果表明糙苏多糖中的单糖主要是葡萄糖,有少量的半乳糖和果糖。糙苏多糖具有抗氧化活性,对Fenton反应产生的.OH具有明显地清除作用。
Polysaccharides in the crude extracts of Chinese traditional medicine were extracted. The content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The optimal conditions for the extraction of polysaccharides from Polysaccharides were designed by orthogonal experiments. The crude extracts of Polysaccharides from Chinese traditional medicine were extracted with Soxhelt by refluxing with diethyl ether After that, using 2% sodium carbonate solution as medium and extracting for 30 min at 90 ℃, the extraction rate of polysaccharides in RAPD reached the maximum value. The paper analyzes the monosaccharide composition of Polysorbate by paper chromatography. The results showed that the monosaccharides in Polysorbate are mainly glucose with a small amount of galactose and fructose. Polysorbate has anti-oxidative activity, and has obvious scavenging effect on .OH produced by Fenton reaction.
