目的研究总丹酚酸及配伍不同浓度癸酸钠后于大鼠不同肠段的肠吸收情况。方法采用在体大鼠单向肠灌流法,利用HPLC测定灌流液紫草酸,迷迭香酸和丹酚酸B浓度,计算相关的肠吸收参数Ka和Papp。结果 800μg·m L-1总丹酚酸浓度下,紫草酸各肠段的吸收:十二指肠≈空肠﹥回肠;迷迭香酸各肠段的吸收:回肠﹥空肠﹥十二指肠;丹酚酸B各肠段的吸收:回肠﹥空肠≈十二指肠。总丹酚酸配伍不同浓度癸酸钠后,低浓度癸酸钠轻微抑制了紫草酸和丹酚酸B吸收,而中、高浓度癸酸钠均能够较好的促进各组分肠吸收。结论癸酸钠具促进丹酚酸肠吸收作用,且随着浓度增大,促吸收作用显著增加。
Objective To study the intestinal absorption of total salvianolic acid and different concentrations of sodium caprate in different intestine of rats. Methods The rat intestine absorption parameters Ka and Papp were calculated by using one-way intestinal perfusion in vivo and the concentrations of lithiolinic acid, rosmarinic acid and salvianolic acid B in the perfusate were determined by HPLC. Results Absorption of each segment of lithospermic acid at the concentration of 800 μg · m L-1 salvianolic acid: duodenum ≈ jejunum> ileum; absorption of each segment of rosmarinic acid: ileum> jejunum> duodenum; Absorption of salvianolic acid B in each segment: ileum> jejunum ≈ duodenum. Total salvianolic acid compatibility with different concentrations of sodium caprate, low concentrations of sodium caprate inhibited slightly purple lithospermate and salvianolic acid B absorption, and high concentrations of sodium caprate can better promote intestinal absorption of each component. Conclusion Sodium caprate has the effect of promoting intestinal absorption of salvianolic acid, and as the concentration increases, the absorption enhancement effect is significantly increased.
