用脉冲多普勒超声探查成年健康人的二尖瓣舒张期血液流速可呈现反映舒张早期心室被动充盈的E波和舒张晚期由心房收缩所致的A波。两者之比正常应大于1。以往报道缺血性心脏病,心室舒张充盈的改变能为E波A波的比值所反映,因而认为测量比值能可靠地评估左室舒张末压,本文则持不同的意见。36名研究对象在检查缺血性心脏病时作了心导管检查,其中30名被记录到脉冲多普勒波型,男性24名,女性6名,平均年龄62岁。检查时,心率平均69±8次/分,患者于研究前均用超声心动图和左心室造影排除了瓣膜疾患。超声图像取心尖四腔心切面,作脉冲多普勒波检查显示脉冲多普勒波,以微电脑数字显示系统分析每一病人的五个连续的血流流速波形,计算E峰、
Pulsed Doppler ultrasound was used to detect mitral diastolic blood flow in healthy adults. E-waves reflecting passive ventricular filling during early diastole and A waves resulting from atrial contraction during late diastole can be presented. The ratio between the two should be greater than normal. Previous reports of ischemic heart disease, changes in ventricular diastolic filling can be reflected in the ratio of E wave A wave, and therefore that the measurement of the ratio can be reliably assessed left ventricular end-diastolic pressure, the paper held different views. Thirty-six subjects underwent cardiac catheterization during ischemic heart disease. Of these, 30 were recorded pulsed Doppler wave patterns, 24 in males and 6 in females, with an average age of 62 years. At check-up, the heart rate averaged 69 ± 8 beats / min, with echocardiography and left ventricular angiography before the study in patients with valvular exclusion.
