模具润滑剂良好的喷涂效果是取得好的铸件表面品质的关键因素。而现有的喷涂方式往往无法兼顾整个型腔表面,常有因喷涂不良、局部粘模、拉伤的情况发生。通过开发使用模具内喷涂技术,可以有效地解决这一问题。这种内喷涂装置仅由模具内部设计的喷涂管道和一个雾化器组成,其特点是充分利用了压铸机上原有的管路及控制单元,雾化器一端与喷涂机械手上涂料管和气管直接联通,另一端与模具上内喷涂管道入口连接,实现了与压铸机上喷雾机械手的同步动作。实际验证表明,采用内喷涂技术,大大降低了铸件废品率,确保了生产过程稳定。
