目的 探讨儿童外伤性白内障术后人工晶体前膜形成的特点及防治方法。方法 回顾分析4 2眼术后人工晶体前膜形成的时间、形态、类型及其治疗措施的临床资料。结果 术后晶体前膜发生率 2 8 6% ,显著高于成人的 4 4～ 6 7%。及时用皮质激素 ,或YAG激光及手术治疗 ,效果显著。结论 预防该并发症应从术前、术中、术后多方面采取措施 ,把握手术时间 ,积极控制炎症、加强随访。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and prevention and treatment of intraocular lens (IOL) anterior membrane after traumatic cataract in children. Methods The clinical data of the time, shape, type and treatment of 42 cases of anterior lens intraocular lens (IOL) surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of preoperative crystal membrane was 286%, which was significantly higher than that of adults (44 ~ 67%). Timely use of corticosteroids, or YAG laser and surgical treatment, the effect is significant. Conclusion Prevention of the complications should take measures from many aspects, such as preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative, grasp the operation time, actively control the inflammation and strengthen the follow-up.
