从广东省的3种园林植物(红背桂、洋紫苏和马缨丹)上,采集了根结线虫病标本,对其病原采用形态特征的光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察进行分类鉴定.其中,马缨丹根结线虫病病原是花生根结线虫;红背桂根结线虫病病原为爪哇根结线虫或南方根结线虫;洋紫苏根结线虫病病原为爪哇根结线虫和南方根结线虫。
Root knot nematode specimens were collected from three kinds of garden plants in Guangdong Province (red-backed guinea-bush, perilla frutescens and lantana rhynchophylla), and the pathogen was classified and identified by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Among them, the pathogen of root-knot nematode disease was Peanut root-knot nematode; the root-knot nematodes of Java was root-knot nematode or root-knot nematode; the pathogen of root-knot nematode was Java root-knot nematode and southern root Knot nematode.
