一、前言 机床颤振研究是一个十分重要的问题。切削过程中的颤振现象不仅降低了机床的加工质量和切削效率,而且给机床和刀具的使用寿命带来了不利影响,还产生了污染环境的噪声。为此,国内外许多学者围绕着机床切削过程的颤振问题这一课题进行了研究。其中,Hirshi OTA研究了由切削厚度变化引起的切削力的变化;S.A.Tobias则在研究中综合考虑了动态切削时切削厚度、切入率、切削速度三个独立参数对切削力的影响;杨绪光和陈继武在切削力的表达式中还引入了前一次切削残留振纹
First, the foreword Machine chatter research is a very important issue.
