手足口病(HFMD)是由肠道病毒引起的以手足和口腔出疹为特征的一种传染病,常见于小儿.1957年在新西兰和加拿大首先发现,1959年英国艾尔索普(Alsop)最先提倡使用手足口病的名称.曾在欧美、日本等地区反复流行.近年来我国上海、承德、天津等地有散发报告.现将我部幼儿园集中发生61例情况报告如下.流行特点:从1983年10月21日到12月6日止,全园8个班196名儿童中有61人发病(31.12%).发病年龄最小??岁,最大??岁.5岁以下56例,占91.8%.其中,男孩36人,女孩25人.全园成人无1人发病.

In 1957, it was first discovered in New Zealand and Canada that in 1959, Alsop, The first to promote the use of hand-foot-mouth disease name.Have repeated in Europe, America, Japan and other regions repeatedly.In recent years, China’s Shanghai, Chengde, Tianjin and other places have distributed reports.Currently, my department kindergarten 61 cases are reported as follows.Popular features: From Oct. 21, 1983 to Dec. 6, 1983, 61 out of 196 children in 8 classes of the whole hospital (31.12%) had the lowest age of onset, the highest age, 56 under 5 years of age, Accounting for 91.8%, of which 36 were boys and 25 were girls.
