接种百白破三联疫苗,个别儿童注射局部发生无菌性脓疡,若处理不当,将给患儿增加痛苦,使患儿家长焦虑不安,必将影响正常免疫程序进行。我科于1986年—1992年在临床工作中,对15例患儿发生的无菌性脓疡,进行引流治疗,取得满意效果,治愈率100％,现将具体治疗方法和体会简述如下:
